Balancing

The jib has a varying weight ratio depending on the length you have chosen.
The 12ft jib arm itself balances at about 4kg. Just multiply the weight, of the additional items you will put on the end of the arm, by 2 and you will know how much weight to buy.
The 9ft jib arm itself balances at about 3kg. Just multiply the weight, of the additional items you will put on the end of the arm, by 3 and you will know how much weight to buy.

Can you let advise if we can attach an iPhone to the proaim 12feet or if we need to get an attachment?

Yes, an iPhone can be attached with the Camera plate of Proaim 12ft Jib (P-12) with the help of Proaim SnapRig Arca-Type Quick Release Clamp (QR277) and Proaim SnapRig Universal Smartphone / Mobile Holder (MA212) (ref image: https://prnt.sc/uzhz1JQHeQTw).
Is it possible to assemble it in a shorter jib configuration, or is it limited to the full 12ft length?

The Proaim 12ft Jib Arm is designed to be used exclusively at its full length of 12ft and cannot be adjusted to different lengths.
